Hello all, I'm Sade Fadipe, born in England in the 1960's where I lived with my foster parents in rolvenden, Kent till I was six; before relocating to live with my parents in Nigeria. I trained as a teacher in the United Kingdom and taught for nearly fourteen years.
Compelled to return to my roots in 2006 I had the opportunity of consulting for the federal government on a special reading programme, designed by myself - with the aim to change the lack of quality reading material in public primary schools across Nigeria. I started writing in 2007 and have written/ composed three fun-filled fiction books so far, which are geared towards the 3-8 age range. One of which has now been published in the United Kingdom!
A Fun ABC was inspired by my quest to see Africa children (especially the Girl-child) feature positively in a universally fun way.
Inspired by my two young, lovely daughters, I have a desire to showcase children's fiction writers plus nuture to blossom my own writing career.
