Yeah, I know what you mean. I think we get so wrapped up in life sometimes we forget to do what we want, or need to do. Its like we held our breath for years and now we're starting to breathe.

Yes, I do write every day. I don't know if you've read any of Julia Cameron's books but if you haven't you should read "The Artists Way". You can also go to her website, theartistsway.com and get kind of an overview of her philosophy about morning papers. Thats hand writing 3 pages every morning. I find once I do that that my creativity seems to go into hyperdrive and I end up writing more each day. Its been great for improving both consistency and quality.
