What a noisy pair! Chimp and Zee are back, louder than ever. Toddlers will relate--oh, how they will relate--to the crashing, roaring, snapping, tooting, and clanging of these monkey twins in the chunky little board book by Catherine and Laurence Anholt. Four two-page spreads feature the protagonists of Chimp and Zee (for slightly older readers), doing what preschoolers do best: making as much of a ruckus as humanly (or simianly, in this case) possible. The big-eared monkeys bark with a dog, bang on pots with wooden spoons, and "vroom" around on a fire truck, ringing the alarm bell. The brightly colored backgrounds and onomatopoeic outbursts of text ("Toot toot toot!") will please the youngest readers, and may even inspire a few cacophonous performances of their own...
