Ward Sister Cate Carter had been in charge of ward 73 for many years, yet the job she had made her existence came crashing down the day Charlie arrived at her office door. Furthermore, finding herself in the middle of a murder investigation and coming to terms with the fact that she and her staff are all suspects becomes a little too much to bear. As evidence runs thin, Charlie uncovers a past case that could just be the lead to his murderer. Yet facts just don't match up, and the case seems impossible to break, until a fluke deja vu moment leads to the break he's been waiting for.
