I'm an adult and children's poet. My book An Elizabeth Bestiary Retold
illustrated by Ippy Patterson won a number of national crossover book
awards. I'd like to see that book re-published - it went out of print
quickly. I'm also hoping to find a publisher for a series of children's
books - lullabies (at the moment I have a number of winter lullabies to
start the series). They would be picture books but would also include a
song sheet with guitar and piano chords so families could play and sing
the songs, and a CD of me reading the song-poems at a page-turning
pace, and either me or someone else singing the songs. These songs were born of a program I gave each winter at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for twelve years entitled Winter Stories for Children of All Ages. I wrote a new lullaby (most of the years) or poem each year. My website

and even hear some of my other poems.
