My book is about a family of garbage trucks with a child truck that is the eco-superhero. He goes on this grand adventure to find where the garbage is dumped and along the way to change things and people's perceptions.

I wrote it and re-wrote it several times. I found it easiest to write on blank 8.5 x 11 sheets and draw the scene roughly while adding the dialogue and story line. I think the hardest pitfall to the writing and the characters was for me what part should be dialogue and what part should be the voice of a narrator. The narrator adds so much to a story, and you can pretty much set the tone for any story with the voice of the narrator...
