Acrid Hermit is a unique man who lives with his family in the mountains of northeastern PA. He wishes not to use his real name, but it is hidden in this book. He is neither acrid nor a hermit, but the name is still fitting in a twisted way. Although he is somewhat shy, he is an avid herpetologist, musician, song writer, and story weaver. He has finally put some of the stories that he has been telling to children for the past 14 years to print in this first book. He also likes to spend time pondering and talking to creatures that others sometimes don't see. He is a lover of nature, reptiles and amphibians,mysticism and magic, has an interest in the unknown, and how we can all reach Evolecaep.
