This is a late coming-out post for Caroline Clemens' book cover for her contemporary novel, Into the Vines. Late because I created the cover back in 2014, but Caroline had decided to go with a different look at the time.
Having tried several different designs on her book on different platforms and venues, Caroline has found her way back to the cover she commissioned way back when and has gone public with it on Smashwords and soon on iBookstore.
I did make some minor adjustments to the title treatment and byline, and to enhance the overall look, but essentially, this is the art we created two years ago, finally gracing the book. I say 'we' because the initial sketch was Caroline's concept.
No, I'm not going to show ya'll her sketch, but to honest, she really did pretty well for an author. Ya'll would be surprised at some of the sketches I've had to work from, lol.

Blurb:
A family is formed on a vineyard in the Loire Valley after a pilot rescues stranded persons from around the globe.
OK ... It's a short blurb, but check out a review I found on Amazon. (That one has a different cover by another designer at the time of this post.)

When I finish reading a book I say to myself "did this book keep my interest?" and I don't want to put it down. INTO THE VINES did both of the above. Even though it was fictional the book was very informative and factual. I have read all of the author's other books and poetry and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Onto wrapping up the next book
Until next time ...
