Well at least this year there is no free tease book build up to an event that crash and burned the majority of the companies product line.

I’ve written three of the four SUPERMAN COMIC CHAPTER BOOKS published by Capstone. (The fourth one in the series was written by Louise Simonson. All four were illustrated by Luciano Vecchio.) These are prose chapter books interspersed with comic book pages that are woven into the story. The books are geared for grade levels 3-7, but adult fans of the classic DC characters will have a lot of fun with them, too. Well… I know what one very smart First Grader will be getting for Christmas…!

I showed this to my daughter and she was super excited about it. It feels like a smart combination of Monster High and EverAfter High with very recognizable DC characters. Combined with the new Supergirl series this seems like great timing.
