After years of book collecting and planning, I opened my own independent bookstore in Long Beach, CA.

Gatsby Books offers a thoughtful selection of new and gently-used books at affordable prices. Our store is clean and well-organized with first-rate customer service and old-fashioned charm.

Gatsby Books is striving to become the literary heart of our community. Since opening we have started "Gatsby Reads" a book discussion group dedicated to classic and contemporary American literature, a Children's Storytime, a poetry discussion group, open mic night, a family-friendly acoustic music show and author signings.
