I live in the UK and work as a supply teacher for 5-11 year olds in Kent. I am on a mission to try to encourage kids to be more motivated to write short stories and poems. Therefore, I recently created a site called www.KidsStoriesOnline.com where parents and teachers can share ideas and aspiring authors (5yrs and over!) can enter an online writing competition each month.

If you have an interest in writing children's stories or poetry then please take a look. We have an author's group where authors review 2-3 pieces of children's work each month, and then get a mention on the site in return.

I also help my father, Dave Donicci, to promote his wonderful children's short stories at www.PiggiTales.comI love animals, especially horses and dogs, sunshine, walking on the beach, laughing with children, and also good food and wine :)
