Literature has been a great love of mine all my life. As a child it was being read to or reading stories for myself. As a young teen I began to write poetry to express the "angst" that we all go through at this particular time in our lives. One of my poems has been published. As a young wife and mother I began to tell my original stories to my son and his friends. Later as I joined the computer era and met some online friends I began to share those stories with their children as well. It was those friends that encouraged me to share my stories with others by way of the world wide web. In 2000 I met a terrific graphic artist (Ama) online and we became wonderful friends and have worked on many online projects to date. After learning about print on demand publishing as a result of publishing a couple of books for my employer, a prominent doctor/hypnotherapist, I decided to explore that avenue for my childres' stories and luckily Ama agreed to partner with me and thus we became the Toybox Grannies.
