About Moira
I write for teachers and children, (adults too, come to think!) I am an ex-teacher, lecturer and university tutor. I now live in Cornwall and work when I can as a poet-in-schools. My link with Arcturus is through the Society of Authors as I organise SoA meetings for the Cornish Chapter. Welcome to Jacket Flap, Moira. I love poetry--reading it and trying to write it. I found that my students were afraid of poetry. They thought it was not understandable. They just hadn't met the right poets.
