My topics range from personal growth to science and social issues. I write educational books, supplements and test materials for several national publishers.

Also a psychotherapist, and known as The Mind Mentor, my self-help/spirituality books include Dream Journal and Tools for Transformation, which has been translated into Spanish and Japanese.

I am a long-time member of SCBWI, the American Society of Journalists and Authors, and the National Speakers Association. A frequent speaker at writers' conferences, I present several unique workshops, including "Instant Inspiration" and "Sell More Books with creative Quizzes, Tip Sheets, Contests and Surveys."
