Horse Love is painted from my reference photos after attending a horse show nearby. This sweet little girl seemed to have such a connection with her horse. The painting turned out a bit too sweet, but I enjoyed painting it. More of my artwork can be seen on my

Plein Air Ponies is a small (8" x 8") watercolor done on site a few weeks ago. The horses, of course, moved constantly, so it was difficult to get a good drawing of them, but it was fun.
