3. BOLOGNA TRIP - desigual

One of the brands I researched in Bologna on my Italian trip was Desigual. This very colourful fashion label was founded by Swiss businessman Thomas Meyer in Ibiza in 1984 and now has it's headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. John Lewis is also a great place to spot new designs from MissPrint, and I was pleased to see a new range of ceramics and kitchen storage. 6. NEW SEASON - mini labo japan

Last week I reported on what was new at Paris based company Mini Labo for Spring Summer 2016. Today I am looking at some of the products they license and design for their Japanese market. 12. TEXTILES - melli mello

If you like your patterns busy and jam packed with motifs then you will love these designs from Melli Mello. The saturated prints featured vivid florals, butterflies, jewels and patterns on a variety of products from bed linen to teacups. We take a second look at Adairs today with some designs for grown-up bedding and also a new collaboration with prominent Australian blogger Rebecca Judd. Today I wanted to post a colourful summery print as we experience a heatwave hear in the UK. Prints don't come much bolder and more colourful than those at Marimekko where you will currently find Sitruunapuu, which i believe translates from Finnish as Citrus. I came across the Goosebumps brand at online store Howkapow and wanted to find out a bit more. Founded in Australia in 2014 Goosebumps was created by Inga Rodd, a Melbourne based designer.
